Brews and Aviation Views at Deer Valley Airport

Phoenix Deer Valley Airport is now home to the newest Barrio Brewing Company location in the Phoenix area. City of Phoenix Aviation executives, Vice Mayor Debra Stark and Phoenix District 1 Councilwoman Ann O’Brien joined Barrio Brewing and Kind Hospitality leadership to cut the ribbon and celebrate the opening of their new restaurant on January 23. The highly anticipated opening of this restaurant created much excitement and joy among DVT customers and community members.

Barrio Brewing Company will serve customers, Sunday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday-Saturday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. seating up to 200 people with two party rooms. The restaurant space features 11 Barrio draft beers on tap, a juke box, shuffleboard table, large booth seating and nine television screens.

Located inside the Phoenix Deer Valley Terminal, patrons are treated to unique aviation views of planes taking off and landing on both runways. There is also an upper-level observation deck that provides aviation enthusiasts with spectacular views of the airport and the surrounding Phoenix landscape, and speakers broadcast DVT Air Traffic Control audio for the true aviation lover.
