The Aviation Department has a vacancy for an Account Clerk III position. The Account Clerk III will perform highly skilled paraprofessional accounting work using computerized systems in a specialized area or in a variety of complex City functions.
Duties may include:
- Creating, reviewing, and/or auditing daily, weekly, or monthly reports.
- End-of-day transactions.
- Expired insurance reports.
- Taxi contracts for ADA compliance.
- Lost and Found claims, reports and/or records.
- Direct customer service via phone and in-person.
- Vehicular 19-point inspections, and financial records.
- Detecting errors and discrepancies and taking steps to correct.
- Coordinating, preparing, and verifying City computer data.
- Creating, reviewing, and/or auditing revenue billing/invoices and contracts in SAP.
- Issuing, documenting, and tracking GT permits, driver identification placards, single use permits, and AVI tags.
- Processing Lost & Found property including, contacting the public regarding lost items, assisting with phone support, ensuring the property is dispositioned correctly into lost and found database (logged, tracked, returned, donated, or disposed of).
