Mobile Career Unit Lands New Aviation Employees
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is home to more than 57,000 jobs in a wide range of occupations. Recently, for the first time since its launch, the Aviation Department had the opportunity to participate in the City of Phoenix Mobile Career Unit initiative.
Aviation staff were on hand at the Saguaro Library Branch to interview applicants for open Equipment Operator, Operations Assistant and food service positions at the airport. The Mobile Career Unit allows prospective employees the opportunity to walk up, apply, interview, and even receive an offer all on site.
