Tom has more than 20 years of airline management experience with United, Northwest, and Delta Air Lines. He began his airline career with United in 1997 as a supervisor in Aspen, Colorado. In 1998 he joined Northwest Airlines and served as a Specialist for Ramp Policies and Procedures, as well as the Manager of Emergency Management, based in Minneapolis. Tom has also served as the station manager in LaCrosse, Wisconsin and Wichita, Kansas. Prior to moving to Phoenix, he was a Chairman’s Club recipient for his leadership and contributions to the community. This is the highest recognition award presented by Delta Air Lines.
Tom and his wife Ara have three daughters: Ally (14), Bri (14), Chelsea (13).Tom holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management and a minor in Airport Management from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota.
