FAA Hangar Policy

Sky Harbor at Night

The City of Phoenix Aviation Department solicited feedback by survey on the new Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Policy pertaining to the non-aeronautical use of airport hangars.  This survey opened on November 1, 2016 and closed on November 30, 2016.

There were a total of 337 responses: 273 Deer Valley Airport tenants, 52 Goodyear Airport tenants, 5 Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport tenants, and 22 wait list applicants.  Question 7 did not limit the number of answer choices a respondent could choose; therefore, the sum of all demographic information will be higher than the total number of survey respondents.  Percentages were based off of the total respondents (337).  See all responses.
