Celebrating your love on a layover is easy at Phoenix Sky Harbor whether you’re waiting for your connecting flight or rendezvousing in the Valley with your sweetheart.

Grab a Bite to Eat

There are romantic pre-security restaurants in Terminal 4 that are perfect for lovers. Sipping fine vino is a classic way to observe Valentine’s Day, and Cheuvront Restaurant & Wine Bar (exclusively available at Phoenix Sky Harbor) is great for the connoisseur in your life. Not only does the restaurant have an extensive wine collection but also boasts an award-winning artisan cheese selection and a delicious, eclectic meals. (Terminal 4, pre-security)

Chelsea’s Kitchen is also before security in Terminal 4, and it provides an intimate setting featuring locally inspired Southwest cuisine plus other traditional favorites like burgers, salads and rotisserie chicken. Chelsea’s Kitchen also has a variety of beer, wine, and spirits for couples to enjoy. (Terminal 4, pre-security)

Traveling through Terminal 3? Located past security, The Tavern by legendary local Chef Mark Tarbell is a romantic restaurant meant for lovers. Treat your valentine to one of their specialties: Spice-Rubbed Flatiron Steak, Seared Scottish Salmon, or the self-described Best BLT in Phoenix. Watch Planes Fly

Is your significant other an avgeek who loves to watch planes touch down and take off? We have several locations where you can watch aircraft soar. Public areas include the Terminal 3 PHX Sky Train® Station, which provides a great viewpoint of the center and south runways and atop the Terminal 4 Parking Garage. Enjoy the Phoenix Sunset 

Sky Train Station

Take a ride in the sky on the free PHX Sky Train® with your love bug and enjoy the beautiful sunsets and scenery that Phoenix has to offer. The PHX Sky Train® stops at all terminals, the East Economy Parking Lot, and the 44th Street station. (PHX Sky Train®)

 

Explore Some Local Art

Art Museum

Going to a museum is a time-honored date activity, but how can you enjoy art in an airport? If you’re in Sky Harbor, you can enjoy several exhibitions in the pre-security areas of Terminal 3 and Terminal 4. After a good meal, enjoy the breathtaking artwork of several local artists including the Airborne Inflated Steel Sculpture in Terminal 3, Level 4 near the PHX Sky Train® portal before security and in the Gallery located after security. Sugarfina

On your way to see your significant other but in your rush to get into each other’s arms, you forgot a gift? Worry not: visit Sugarfina located post-security in Terminal 3. Take a Stroll Down Our Fitness Trail

Are you and your beloved passionate about fitness? Share our Sky Harbor Fitness Trail in Terminal 4 and take in the beautiful scenery of Phoenix together, like Camelback Mountain and the downtown Phoenix skyline, while keeping your heart in fine working condition.
