Terminal 4 Eastbound Outer Lanes Closed on Sept. 18 

On Friday, Sept. 18, the eastbound outer lanes of Sky Harbor Boulevard on the north side of Terminal 4 will be closed from 10 p.m. until 5 a.m. Please see map. 

 

Terminal 4 Inner Lanes Will Be Closed Until Sept. 24

Beginning Sunday, Sept. 20 through Thursday, Sept. 24, the Level 1 and Level 2 inner lanes on the north side of Terminal 4 will be closed from 8 p.m. until 4 a.m. Please see map. 

 

Buckeye Road Lanes Restricted Until Sept. 25

Beginning Monday, Sept. 21 through Friday, Sept. 25, from 5 a.m. until 3:30 p.m., the eastbound and westbound Buckeye Road left-turn lane between 16th Street and Sky Harbor circle will be restricted. The northbound and southbound 16th Street right-turn lane north of Buckeye road will also be restricted. Please see map. 

 

Eastbound Buckeye Road Lane Will Be Restricted Until Sept. 26 

Beginning Monday, Sept. 21 at 5 a.m. through Saturday, Sept. 26 at 5 a.m., eastbound Buckeye Road will be restricted to one lane from 16th Street to east of Sky Harbor Circle. Please see map. 

Sky Harbor Circle Will Be Restricted to One Lane Until Sept. Sept. 25

Beginning Tuesday, Sept. 22 through Friday, Sept. 25, Sky Harbor Circle South will be restricted to one lane going in both directions  from 5 a.m. until 3 a.m. Please see map. 

 

Buckeye Road Restricted to One Lane Until Sept. 19

Beginning Monday, Sept. 14 at 5 a.m. until 5 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, eastbound Buckeye Road will be reduced to one lane between 16th Street and Sky Harbor Boulevard. Please see map. 

 

Copperhead Drive Roadway Restrictions Occurring Through Dec. 11

Beginning, Monday Sept. 14 through Friday, Dec. 11, from 4 a.m. until 5 p.m., the west half of Copperhead Drive south of Buckeye Road will be closed.. The left-turn lane from westbound Buckeye Road onto Copperhead Drive and the right lane of eastbound Buckeye Road near Copperhead Drive will be closed. Please see map. 

 

Buckeye Lane Restrictions in Effect Through Sept. 30

Beginning Tuesday, July 7 through Wednesday, Sept. 30, the north and south crosswalk on the east side of Buckeye Road and the 16th Street intersection will be closed. The two right lanes on westbound Buckeye Road between Sky Harbor Circle and 16th Street will also be restricted. Please see map. 

 

Long-term Lane Restrictions in Place Near Terminal 4

Lane restrictions will be in place around Terminal 4 until further notice for construction work. Motorists should be aware of workers, equipment and barricades when driving through construction areas and allow extra time for traffic delays.

  • North side, eastbound Sky Harbor Boulevard
    • Outer curb, left-most lane
    • Outer curb, vehicle staging lane and Gore area
    • Inner curb, left-most lane  
  • South side, westbound Sky Harbor Boulevard
    • Inner curb, left-most lane
    • Outer curb, vehicle staging lane

On-ramp to I-10, Off-ramp to Sky Harbor Boulevard Restricted to Single Lane

The westbound Interstate 10 freeway on-ramp from westbound Sky Harbor Boulevard and the eastbound I-10 freeway ramp to eastbound Sky Harbor Boulevard are restricted to one lane indefinitely.  Please see a map for details.

Drivers should also be aware that due to construction projects, there could be some roadway restrictions at the airport. Drivers should slow down for construction and watch for signs. Please allow for extra time when traveling.
