PHX Sky Train® Shutdowns Occurring in May
The second stage of construction of the PHX Sky Train® track is complete and testing is being conducted at night to prepare for initial operations later this year. We apologize for the nightly shutdowns listed here but they will be worth it when it provides easy transit across the entire airport upon completion.
The PHX Sky Train® will shut down Tuesday, May 3 through Thursday, May 26 at the listed times:
From 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- Thursday, May 5 through Sunday, May 8
- Tuesday, May 10 through Tuesday, May 17
- Thursday, May 19 through Thursday, May 26
From 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
- Monday, May 9
- Wednesday, May 18

An airport shuttle will be in route to pick up and drop off passengers.
NOTE: Shuttle buses arrive every 20 minutes on average during overnight hours when the PHX Sky Train® is not operating.

General Information
Drivers should also be aware that due to construction projects, there could be some roadway restrictions at the airport. Drivers should slow down for construction and watch for signs. Please allow for extra time when traveling.
