Making a reservation

How do I make a reservation?
There are 5 simple steps to a successful reservation for parking at Phoenix Sky Harbor International: Airport

  • Select your date and time
  • Select the preferred parking facility
  • Complete the required information
  • Complete your payment details
  • Print out or simply have your confirmation email handy and QR Code ready to scan from your mobile device on arrival at the parking facility.

Booking Assistance

Is a fee applied to my order?
A $2.00 booking fee is applied to all reservations at the time they are made. The booking fee is non-refundable.

How far ahead can I book?
You may book up to six (6) months ahead of your travel date. We recommend you book your parking when you purchase your airline ticket.

Can I book the same day?
Yes. You can make a booking up to 2 hours prior to your arrival time.

What’s the maximum number of days of parking that I can I pre-book?

60 days. If you need to park your vehicle longer, please contact the Parking Office at 602-273-4545 to request assistance.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

How do I know that my reservation was successfully booked?
Upon completing your reservation, you will receive an email with a reservation reference number confirming your details. You should print this email and bring it with you to the airport. You can also view your booking by simply clicking "Manage my Booking" at the top of the homepage. All bookings are made subject to our terms and conditions.

The online reservation system will not work for me, what do I do?

In the event that you are having difficulty booking your reservation, please contact the customer service center at 602-273-4545.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
You can cancel all bookings, except the non-flexible products. For those products that can be cancelled, you may cancel your booking up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure time at no charge. Within 24 hours, there will be a one day of parking charge fee. The one-time booking fee is non-refundable. The simplest way is to click on the "Manage my Booking" button at the top of the homepage. In all communication, please quote the booking reference number.

What if I need to change my booking?
You can amend all bookings, except the non-flexible products. For those products that can be amended, you may amend your booking up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure time at no charge. The simplest way is to click on the "Manage my Booking" button at the top of the homepage. In all communication please quote the booking reference number.

What happens if I forget or lose my booking confirmation?
If you do not have your booking confirmation containing your barcode, you should press the intercom button at the car park entry. Identify yourself to the operator who will manually check in your booking. Alternatively you can have your new booking confirmation resent by to you via the Manage my Booking function.  

Can I use another coupon with the Prepaid Discounted Parking offer?

No, offers cannot be combined.

Which parking garages can I park in?

We recommend you park in the garage where your airline is flying from. Check our website for recommended parking locations at https://maps.skyharbor.com/FindASpot.

Are your parking facilities open 24 hours?

Yes, they are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Am I assigned a specific parking space?

No, however, by reserving parking online this will ensure a parking space is available for you at the time and date indicated in your reservation.

What if I forgot where I parked?

Look for the blue emergency call boxes or call the parking hotline at 602-273-4545 for assistance.

What is "Manage my Booking"?
This service enables you to amend or cancel your booking online. You can amend all your details including nominating credit card details and dates for your parking for all products except those that are non-flexible. You can only amend your address details for the non-flexible products.

How do I provide feedback?

What do I do when I get to the airport?
Upon arriving at your chosen garage, please scan the barcode found on your confirmation email at the scanner located at the entrance. The gate will then open allowing you to enter.
What happens when I return to the parking lot at the end of my trip?
On exit, proceed to the parking lot exit and scan your barcode once more. The gate will open allowing you to leave.

What happens if I enter the lot prior to my confirmed booking time or exit the lot later than my confirmed booking time?
If you try to enter the facility more than 2 hours in advance of your reservation, the entrance gate will not allow you to enter. If you exit the parking facility later than your confirmed booking time, you will be charged at the exit the cost of the time period, based on the posted rate.

What happens if I experience any difficulty upon entering or exiting the parking facility?

Please press the “Help” button located on the entry or exit lane equipment to contact the customer service center for immediate assistance.

What if I return earlier than what I prepaid?
Contact our office at avn.skyharborparking@phoenix.gov and they will credit the same credit card you used to charge for your Prepaid Parking. Please included your reservation number when emailing.

Can anyone else use my Prepaid Parking? Is it transferable?
No, the prepaid reservation is not transferable.

Do you have a corporate parking program?
Not yet. Come back to our page periodically for updates and additional information.

What is a non-flexible product?
This product cannot be amended or cancelled once the booking has been made. If you need the flexibility to amend or cancel your booking, we recommend you purchase one of our other pre-book options.

Can I earn frequent flier miles?
Unfortunately, we currently do not have this program.

How Do I Join PHX Sky Harbor Discount Parking Loyalty Program?
Simply create a PHX Sky Harbor Discount Parking customer account and you will automatically become part of our loyalty program.

How do I earn loyalty points, and do they expire?
*Earn 10 points for every $1 you spend online by booking a reservation at PHX Sky Harbor Discount Parking. Points expire one year from date earned.  (*Points per dollar are subject to change)

What can I redeem my loyalty points on?
You can redeem your available points for free day of parking. Amount of free days is based on available points at time of redeeming. 

 

Term and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1 These are the terms and conditions which apply to your online parking reservation at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. It is important that you read them and understand them before completing your reservation.

2. How to make an online reservation

2.1 If you wish to park your vehicle in one of our parking lots and wish to make an online reservation, please follow and complete the online reservation process.

2.2 Once we have received your completed reservation, we will send a confirmation email to you at the email address you provided on the reservation. That email will include a reservation reference which you need to quote should you need to contact us for assistance. The reservation will be completed when we send that email. You will not be charged for this email.

2.3 Please ensure the information given on the reservation confirmation is correct. Let us know immediately if it is not. Our contact details are set out below. If you book online, we may send emails to you that are relevant to your reservation. We may also send to you details of future parking offers. If you do not want to receive such emails, please tell us by emailing us at avn.skyharborparking@phoenix.gov

3. Change to the reservation period

3.1 If you arrive early or leave late so your vehicle is parked in a lot on days or hours outside the reservation period, you will be charged for that extra time at the posted rates applicable to the lot in which you have parked.

4. Cancelling or amending a reservation

4.1 You may cancel your reservation for any reason, at any time up to the start of the reservation period. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start of the day you are due to arrive at a lot, we will charge an administration fee of $10.00. For example, if you book to arrive on the 5th of January at 2PM, an administration fee will be charged if you cancel at anytime after 2PM on January 4th. In all other cases, you will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the reservation.

5. How to pay

5.1 You can pay for your reservation by using any of the credit cards that we accept. Details are shown on the reservation website.

6. What to do on arrival

6.1 When you arrive at the parking lot, please scan the barcode found on your confirmation email at the scanner located at the entrance. The gate will then open allowing you to enter.

6.2 Please ensure you follow the instructions on your reservation confirmation carefully. Your reservation is valid only for the parking lot for which you have paid. If you enter a different lot from the one you have booked, or you enter the lot using a different vehicle from the one stated on your reservation you will incur a charge for your length of stay in the lot at the posted rate specified for that location.

6.3 If you enter the lot using a different vehicle to that specified in the reservation or if you park in a lot different from that which you have reserved, refunds may be made entirely at the discretion of the airport.

6.4 The airport nor the parking manager is responsible for incidents which cause you to stay beyond your booked stay. These include- but are not limited to; cancelled or missed flights, mechanical or weather delays or cancellations.

7. What is a vehicle?

7.1 A vehicle for booking purposes is a car or truck not exceeding 20 feet in length or hauling a trailer. Oversized vehicles must pay additional parking fees. The additional fee is based on the number of parking stalls the vehicle occupies.

Registration and Eligibility

The PHX Sky Harbor Discount Parking Loyalty program ("membership") is open to anyone who creates a customer account. Communications about the program, including changes, primarily will be electronic by e-mail. By joining the program, by using this program, you agree to the Rules of the program. Your membership is nontransferable and is subject to present and future program rules. Your membership is valid only at PHX Sky Harbor Discount Parking. Membership begins when you activate your account at PHX Sky Harbor Discount Parking.

PHX Sky Harbor Discount Parking may, at any time, terminate or modify the Loyalty program by posting the changes to the Terms & Conditions. All Registered Users of this web site agree that their access to and use of this web site are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable laws. Any access is undertaken at the user's own risk. These terms and conditions may change without prior notice.

Qualified Loyalty bookings

Loyalty reward points are given to members in good standing with a verifiable intention of participating for the 30-day minimum term. Therefore, the loyalty points cannot be confirmed until after a booking has been successfully completed. Points are granted at the conclusion of a booking which can vary per member. For reservations made at PHX Sky Harbor Discount Parking, 10 points are given per each $1 paid on a reservation.

Point Distribution and Redemption

For every booking you will earn points toward a Free day of parking. Points are redeemable for Registered Users within 10 business days after the Qualified loyalty bookings. Points are not transferable and may only be used by the Registered User to whom they are issued. Points have no monetary value except to the extent specifically provided for by a reward. Points earned will expire one year from date earned. Any points not redeemed before termination or account deactivation are forfeited.

 

Redeeming Points

Points can be redeemed by selecting Redeem points when booking a reservation.

Taxes

Rewards redeemed under the program are subject to applicable federal, state and/or local taxes. Payment of taxes resulting from these Rewards is the sole responsibility of the Registered User and not PHX Sky Harbor Discount Parking any of its affiliates or agents. PHX Sky Harbor Discount Parking will report earnings under this program in accordance with federal, state and local regulations.

Rewards User Account - Cancellation and Termination

PHX Sky Harbor Discount Parking reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change the program and/or terms and conditions at any time. If the program is suspended or terminated, any unredeemed points will expire at the date of termination. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this program, the eligibility of rewards, the availability of points, or terms and conditions of the program will be resolved by PHX Sky Harbor Discount Parking at its sole discretion. You may cancel your account at any time by notifying Member Services by e-mail. Cancellation may take from 3 to 5 business days to finalize. Upon cancellation your account will be deactivated. If your Rewards account is canceled or deactivated, you will not receive the point to cash equivalent for unredeemed points. Points have no cash value outside the use of the Loyalty program. Any remaining points will be forfeited. If your account is inactive for 6 consecutive months, you cancel your account, or if your account is terminated, all personal information used to create your Loyalty account will be removed from the website and permanently erased from our records.

Member Communications

You may view your Loyalty account activity online at PHX Sky Harbor Discount Parking. When you visit this web site or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on this web site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
