Ann Morton, Josef, 2014, fabric, 60 x 72”Want to relax during your layover or while you wait to pick up your family? How about planning a date night at the airport? Check out the Phoenix Airport Museum by touring the art and exhibitions located throughout Sky Harbor. There is art to see in all three Terminals, the Rental Car Center and at the Sky Train stations including artist-designed floors and ceilings and murals:

One of the largest and oldest art programs at an airport in the country; the Phoenix Airport Museum’s mission is to showcase Arizona’s unique artistic and cultural heritage.

Ride the free PHX SkyTrain® and explore the art along the way.  There is art everywhere: inside, outside, above and below.

Rental Car Center

The Rental Car Center, which accommodates all airport rental car services, houses a terrific collection of over 80 pieces of art in a separate airport facility west of the terminals. Use the free Rental Car Shuttle to see the art collection as no parking is available at the facility. Shuttles stop every 5 to 10 minutes at the curb on baggage claim levels of each terminal.
