2013 - What's New in Security Badging

Sky Harbor at Night

New Online Enrollment Process
On October 8, 2013, at 7 a.m., the Security Badging Office switched to a new badgeholder enrollment process that is paperless. Existing companies who are enrolling new badgeholders and/or renewing existing badgeholders are able to do so via a secure online system. New companies will still need to initially visit the Security Badging Office to start the badge enrollment process.

Extended Hours for the Security Badging Office
In January, the Security Badging Office extended its business hours to accommodate the early birds or the late shifters. Both the Badging Office and Training Office operating hours have been increased to better serve our customers. The Badging Office operates from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Training Office operates from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. with the same rule that an applicant must start a training video no later than 2 p.m.

The Badging Office and Training Office are open to serve our customers Monday through Friday and are closed on City observed holidays.
