Need to Terminate a Badge?

Lost or Stolen Badge? Here's What To Do
If an applicant's badge is lost or stolen, you no longer need to call the office during or after hours. You can change the card to lost in the Authorized Signer Portal and it will deactivate the card immediately. By doing this in the portal, it is your electronic signature that you approve replacement of the badge and you would not need to send an email to our office to ask for a replacement badge. Remember there is a fee associated with replacing a lost or stolen badge. If you do not use the Security Portal for your badging, you must call our office immediately to report the badge lost or stolen.
