Q: How do I get a badge?

Q: Do I need an appointment at the Security Badging Office?

  • Appointments are not required.  Customers are taken care of on a "walk-in" basis.

Q: Do I need an appointment for testing at the Security Badging Office?

  • Testing is available on a ‘walk-in’ basis from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Q: Do you accept credit cards?

  • MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards.

Q: Do you accept personal checks?

  • No, but we accept cash, credit cards and company checks.

Q: Do you validate parking?

  • Yes, for the Terminal (T2) parking garage when doing business in the Badging Office.

Q: When does my badge expire?

  • There is a date across the bottom of the badge, such as "1/30/08." This is the expiration date. Your badge must be renewed prior to this expiration date.

Q: Can ID badges be mailed to the employee or to the company?

  • For security reasons, all ID badges must be picked up in person by the original ID badge applicant.
