Q: Do I need an appointment at the Security Badging Office?

  • No, customers can join our line by:
    • Using the "Make an Appointment" button on our website

    • Using QLess app via Google Play Store of Apple App Store
    • Walk-in

Q: Do I need an appointment for SIDA training?

  • No, customers can join our line by:
    • Using the "Make an Appointment" button on our website
    • Using QLess app via Google Play Store of Apple App Store
    • Walk-in

Q: Do you accept credit cards?

  • MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards.

Q: Do you accept personal checks?

  • No, but we accept cash, credit cards and company checks.

Q: Do you validate parking?

  • Yes, for the Terminal Parking Garage when doing business in the Badging Office.

Q: When does my badge expire?

  • There is a date across the bottom of the badge, such as "1/31/19." This is the expiration date. Your badge must be renewed prior to this expiration date.

Q: Can ID badges be mailed to the employee or to the company?

  • For security reasons, all ID badges must be picked up in person by the original ID badge applicant.
