Term and Conditions

The following terms and conditions outline what you can expect when you park at Phoenix Sky Harbor and what we expect from you. Thanks for taking the time to review these and have a great flight!

Introduction

These are the terms and conditions which apply to your online parking reservation at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. It is important that you read and understand them before completing your reservation.

Online Parking Reservation

If you wish to park your vehicle in one of our parking facilities and wish to make an online reservation, please follow and complete the online reservation process.

After completing your online reservation, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided on the reservation. That email will include a reservation reference, which you need to provide if you need to contact us.

Please review the information on the reservation confirmation and let us know immediately if it is not correct. Our contact details are set out below. If you book online, we may send emails to you that are relevant to your reservation. We may also send you details of future parking offers. If you do not want to receive such emails, please let us know by emailing us at avn.skyharborparking@phoenix.gov.

Change to the Reservation Period

If you arrive early or leave late and your vehicle is parked in a facility on days or hours outside the reservation period, you will be charged for that extra time at the posted rates applicable to the facility in which you have parked.

Canceling or Amending a Reservation

You may cancel or amend your reservation for any reason, up to one hour before your scheduled entry time. You may not cancel your reservation once it is in progress.

An Existing Reservation

Your reservation is valid only for the parking facility for which you have paid. If you enter a different facility from the one you have booked, you will incur a charge for your length of stay at the posted rate specified for that location. Refunds may be made entirely at the discretion of the airport.

Neither the airport nor the parking manager is responsible for incidents which cause you to stay beyond your booked stay. These include but are not limited to cancelled or missed flights, mechanical or weather delays.

What Is a Vehicle?

A vehicle for booking purposes is a car or truck not exceeding 20 feet in length or hauling a trailer. Oversized vehicles must pay additional parking fees. The additional fee is based on the number of parking stalls the vehicle occupies. A motorcycle is charged the same as a car or truck.

Loyalty Program Registration and Eligibility

The PHX Sky Harbor Parking Loyalty program (“membership”) is open to anyone who creates a customer account. Communications about the program, including changes, primarily will be delivered via email. By joining the program and by using the program, you agree to the rules of the program. Your membership is nontransferable and is subject to present and future program rules. Your membership is valid only at PHX Sky Harbor Parking. Membership begins when you activate your account at PHX Sky Harbor Parking.

PHX Sky Harbor Parking may, at any time, terminate or modify the Loyalty program by posting the changes to the terms and conditions. All registered users of this website agree that their access to and use of this website are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable laws. Any access is undertaken at the user’s own risk. These terms and conditions may change without prior notice.

Qualified Loyalty Bookings

Regular Loyalty rewards points are earned at 10 points per $1 spent in parking. Loyalty points are issued to qualified online parking reservations. This includes parking in the economy facilities, terminal garages, premium parking, and valet parking. Points are not issued for add-on products and services such as Auto Spa. Loyalty reward points are given to members in good standing. Points are issued within seven (7) days after parking exit.

Point Distribution and Redemption

Points are redeemable for registered users once the points are issued to the user’s account. Points are not transferable and may only be used by the registered user to whom they are issued. Points have no monetary value except to the extent specifically provided for by a reward. Points earned will expire 18 months from the date earned. Any points not redeemed before termination or account deactivation are forfeited. Points can be redeemed by selecting Redeem points when booking a reservation. Reservations made by redeeming points do not earn new points.

Taxes

Rewards redeemed under the program are subject to applicable federal, state and/or local taxes. Payment of taxes resulting from these rewards is the sole responsibility of the registered user and not PHX Sky Harbor Parking or any of its affiliates or agents. PHX Sky Harbor Parking will report earnings under this program in accordance with federal, state and local regulations.

Rewards User Account: Cancellation and Termination

PHX Sky Harbor Parking reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change the program and/or terms and conditions at any time. If the program is suspended or terminated, any unredeemed points will expire at the date of termination. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this program, the eligibility of rewards, the availability of points or terms and conditions of the program will be resolved by PHX Sky Harbor Parking at its sole discretion. You may cancel your account at any time by notifying Member Services by email.

Cancellation may take from 3 to 5 business days to finalize. Upon cancellation your account will be deactivated. If your Rewards account is canceled or deactivated, you will not receive the point to cash equivalent for unredeemed points. Points have no cash value outside the use of the Loyalty program. Any remaining points will be forfeited. If your account is inactive for 6 consecutive months, you cancel your account, or if your account is terminated, all personal information used to create your Loyalty account will be removed from the website and permanently erased from our records.

Member Communications

You may view your Loyalty account activity online at PHX Sky Harbor Parking. When you visit this website or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on this website. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. For information about your Rewards account, contact the support team at avn.skyharborparking@phoenix.gov.

Limits of Liability

Your confirmed reservation or gate ticket represents your contract with PHX Sky Harbor Parking. This contract licenses you to park and lock one vehicle in a designated area at your sole risk and at posted rate. We do not guard or assume care for fire, theft, damage or loss. Only a license to park is granted hereby and no bailment is created. This is not a claim check. This is your entry contract and no employee may modify or waive any of its terms. By your acceptance of it, you agree to all foregoing terms.

Abandoned Vehicle Notice

Vehicles parked for over 60 days are considered abandoned vehicles subject to sale at public auction. If parking in excess of 60 days is necessary, arrangements must be made by dialing (602) 273-4545.
