- Cutter Aviation recently added a new hangar complex at DVT that offers 60,000 square feet of corporate aircraft hangar space.
- A 100,000+ square foot corporate aircraft hangar campus constructed by a company called Sky Harbour opened in 2025.
- Tucson native Barrio Brewing Company has operated at Deer Valley Airport since 2024, to the excitement of the local community. The space includes seating for up to 200 people with two party rooms.
- In 2025, DVT was the ninth busiest airport in North America for takeoffs and landings and the 13th busiest in the world, according to world airport traffic rankings released by Airports Council International (ACI) World. DVT had nearly 500,000 take offs and landings, making it the busiest general aviation airport in North America last year.
