Free Cell Phone Waiting Lots
- Sky Harbor Airport’s three free 24-hour Cell Phone Waiting Lots are parking areas where drivers may wait in their vehicles for passengers while they deplane, pick up luggage and walk out to one of our designated ground transportation pickup areas.
- Flight arrivals are indicated in real-time on the information displayed in each Cell Phone Lot.
- Drivers must stay in their vehicles at all times. Unattended vehicles may be subject to towing or fines.
- Waiting times should be limited to 30 minutes or less.
- Once your party’s plane has arrived, please allow extra time before driving to the terminal to allow them to exit the plane and retrieve their luggage from baggage claim.
- East Cell Phone Lot: 90 parking spaces, electronic flight information display, portable restroom.
- West Cell Phone Lot: 90 parking spaces, electronic flight information display, portable restroom.
- 44th Street PHX Sky Train® Station Cell Phone Lot: 25 parking spaces and restrooms located inside the train station.
West Economy Lot

From the West Economy lot, a walk to Terminal 3 takes approximately 12 minutes. There is no shuttle available.
East Economy Parking

East Economy Parking includes both uncovered parking and Economy Garages A & B. To access either, follow the signs to the East Economy Lot.

From East Economy Parking, take the PHX Sky Train® to Terminals 3 and 4. Trains run approximately every three minutes.

If you park in East Economy, look for a sign at the shuttle stop and scan the QR code with your smartphone to receive text or email reminders of where you parked.
- ADA accessible parking is available at all parking facilities.
