Safety Hazard Reporting

Reporting potential hazards and incidents assists the City of Phoenix Aviation Safety team in identifying, investigating, and removing or mitigating said hazards to create a safe and secure environment for all activities across all City of Phoenix Airport campuses.

Keeping PHX clean, safe, and running smoothly are essential factors for our world-class facility. We have a tool for you to report maintenance issues and safety concerns: See Say Airport app lets you report maintenance issues, restrooms that need attention, suspicious activity and more, discreetly, and even anonymously if you wish. You can also include photos and videos. Your reports will be sent to airport dispatchers for action.
