Progress continues on the Taxiway Uniform project, and crews will soon begin setting the deck for the first new bridge. Approximately 6,000 tons of concrete will be required to form the bridge deck. Later phases of the project will include building bridge sections over Buckeye Road and westbound Sky Harbor Boulevard.

A collaboration between the Phoenix Airport Museum and Barrow Neurological Institute has brought a new art exhibit to the medical facility, allowing patients, families and staff to enjoy five selected pieces from local artists.
