Bring Your Grandchild to Volunteer Day
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport recently hosted a heartwarming “Bring Your Grandchild to Volunteer Day” as part of the Navigator Volunteer Program. During their regular shifts, PHX Navigators welcomed their grandchildren to join them, offering a behind-the-scenes glimpse into the world of airport hospitality and guest service. Altogether, 14 grandchildren signed up for a memorable day at the Airport with their Navigator grandparents.
With smiles all around, the day was filled with fun, learning and meaningful connection as volunteers proudly shared their passion for helping travelers with their loved ones. From giving directions to greeting guests, the next generation got a taste of what it means to be a Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport Navigator, one friendly face at a time.
