PHX Wraps Up Volunteer Appreciation Week
Volunteer Appreciation Week ran from May 1-7 with festivities that celebrated the volunteer Navigators, Navigator Buddies, Teen Navigators and Navigator Chaplains. The festivities featured decorated information counters in the terminals, flight information displays changed to purple (the color of the volunteers), and VIPs shadowing alongside a Navigator. Volunteers also received special snacks and gifts during the weeklong festivities, which was themed “Kentucky Derby – Tournament of Roses.”
