Navigators’ Friendly Competition Helps Feed Families in Need
Each year, volunteer Navigators at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport gear up for the holidays with a canned food drive. The event is a friendly competition among volunteer shifts to collect the most donations.
Held from Oct. 30 through Nov. 12, this year’s drive brought in more than 1,250 pounds of donated items, benefiting St. Mary’s Food Bank, and enough for more than 1,000 meals for people in need.
