Say Hello to Doggie Director Finn
Barking news: Navigator Buddy Finn has been elected as the next Doggie Director!
Finn is a fur-tastic border collie who is ready to lead the Navigator Buddies at America’s Friendliest Airport® into a year full of tail wags and treat breaks! He’s known as a good boy who spreads paws-itivity to ensure that everyone enjoys their visit to Phoenix Sky Harbor.
Finn is always alongside one of his hoomans, Navigators Beth and Will Thompson; together, they are a paw-some trio that spread contagious smiles across the airport.
Every year, the Doggie Director Competition takes place as part of the City of Phoenix Community Service Fund Drive to support local nonprofit organizations. With 17 Navigator Buddies in the running this year, employees and friends who donated $2 per vote resulted in a total of $8,408. Finn raised more than $2,800, which is definitely something to raise the woof for!
Finn’s goal is to make sure no one is having a ruff time getting around Phoenix Sky Harbor by digging up solutions. If you spot Doggie Director Finn around the airport, make sure to give him your best pets and scratches!
