Groundbreaking Brewery a Highlight of PHX Food Scene
OHSO, the first brewery to open shop in Phoenix Sky Harbor, is a featured spot in the food and beverage offerings at the airport.
Nava Singam, the owner-operator of Kind Hospitality, licensor of OHSO at PHX, is pleased to be a part of that history.
“In 2014, we had the opportunity to bring OHSO Brewery to Sky Harbor (in the former Terminal 2),” he said. “That was the first brewery—locally owned—brought into Sky Harbor.”
“We then had the opportunity to open the OHSO Brewey in Terminal 4 that you see today.”
The local brewery-distillery has been a popular destination for Valley foodies and craft beer fans and has several locations in the metro Phoenix area in addition to Phoenix Sky Harbor.
“It came about when the founders came together and wanted to bring homebrewers to their location to brew their beers, and allow folks to serve their beers on tap,” Nava said.
“We are also very proud to offer The Phoenix, the winning craft cocktail for the City of Phoenix, and we look forward to serving all of our passengers.”
