PHX Employees Help Passenger Find Phone

Two airport employees used technology to track down a passenger’s phone that she thought was lost.

The customer thought she lost her phone in a restroom past security in Terminal 3, and asked Operations Assistants Maria C. and George J. for help. The two Aviation Department employees offered to track the passenger’s phone and discovered it was in a restroom before security, so Maria retrieved it while George kept her updated.

“I cannot express enough my overwhelming gratitude to both of them for stopping to assist me on what had already been a long and challenging day,” the traveler said. “The two of them deserve the highest commendation award possible.”
