Airport Employee Helps Truck Driver Find Parking
An airport employee enlisted the help of the parking contractor to assist the driver of an over-height semi-truck.
The truck driver couldn’t find parking for his oversized vehicle, but Mister M., an operations assistant with the Aviation Department, worked with Ace Parking to find a suitable spot.
The passenger wanted to ensure that Mister was recognized for the fantastic service he provided, so he was honored by our PHX On the FLY team (F = Friendly. L = Let me help. Y = You.)
