Aviation Employee Assists Other Workers
A courtesy driver for a local transportation provider had to brag on an airport employee for the assistance provided during a traffic mishap.
Kyle S., an operations assistant with the Aviation Department, assisted the courtesy driver with managing traffic while escorting her bus and helping get her out of a difficult area.
The driver expressed her gratitude for turning an anxious situation into a wonderful customer experience.
“I just wanted to let you know how wonderful Kyle was and what a great job he did,” she said in nominating him for recognition.
Kyle left a positive impression on someone who frequents Phoenix Sky Harbor, so he was recognized by our Customer Service On the FLY team (F = Friendly. L = Let me help. Y = You.)
