Customer Service Forum

Employees from a variety of companies at Phoenix Sky Harbor participated in the fifth annual PHX Customer Service Forum.
Golf was the theme, and participants had a “Par-Tee” by networking, learning, and discussing customer service best practices.
This forum was an opportunity for employees to hear from customer service leaders from the Arizona Biltmore and Chick-fil-A restaurants to learn about what exceptional customer service looks like across different industries.
Companies nominated attendees who took part in collaborative exercises and shared tips and best practices. Phoenix Sky Harbor holds this forum as part of its efforts to enhance the excellent customer service that shapes America’s Friendliest Airport®.
