Leaders of Tomorrow Complete Youth Aviation Academy

America’s Friendliest Airport® welcomed 25 young people with an interest in aviation for the third annual Youth Aviation Academy. On Tuesday evenings throughout June, adolescents and their guardians received an up-close look at operations at Phoenix Sky Harbor, including a graduation and tour of Fire Station No. 19, the state's largest fire station.
The group also had the opportunity to tour and learn more about airport operations on the airfield, and at the Airport Command Center and Rental Car Center. We can’t wait to see how far these future aviation leaders will go!
