STARLUX Brings New Look to PHX

Just six months after Phoenix Sky Harbor welcomed the airline’s first flight from Taipei, STARLUX has introduced a new, larger aircraft, and the airline and airport commemorated the change.
A July event welcomed the first North American arrival of the specially painted STARLUX AIRSORAYAMA A350‑1000, a major milestone for both STARLUX Airlines and Phoenix Sky Harbor. The aircraft is a flying work of art, in partnership with Japanese artist Hajime Sorayama. The airline is now using its flagship A350-1000, with additional seating, for the PHX-Taipei route.
Sorayama’s work is known for the fusion of machine precision and human emotion.
