Airport Employee Helps Family with Vehicle

An airport employee was in the right place to assist some travelers whose car ran out of juice.
The guest’s car ran out of electrical charge, and the weather was very hot. On top of that, they had two young boys and an elderly parent with them.
David F., an operations assistant with the Aviation Department, worked diligently with the guest’s towing company and guided them through the situation.
“David was understanding, compassionate, and extremely helpful,” said the customer. “Kudos to you for hiring such an awesome team member.”
