Global Students Return to Work at PHX

You may see some of the 14 new faces across the terminals and information counters through June 25. The PHX Guest and Employee Experience team, in collaboration with VIP Hospitality LLC, has welcomed the return of the JF Oberlin University internship program in partnership with Arizona State University Global Launch. This is the 12th anniversary of this initiative, offering college students from Tokyo, Japan, a unique opportunity to study abroad and gain front-line experience in the hospitality industry.

Each intern is paired with an experienced PHX Navigator or Guest Service Representative.

They will have the opportunity to receive hands-on training in airport processes and exceptional customer service while also strengthening their English communication skills.
