PHX Highlights Concessions Refresh

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport marked Airport Concessions Day, observed Sept. 16, by highlighting its concessions refresh initiative, which centers on adding new local restaurants for travelers to enjoy more of Phoenix’s vibrant food scene and authentic flavors.
The airport features more than 125 concessions that generated $378 million in revenue last year.
Starting in late 2026 through 2027, Terminal 4 will add new local restaurants that include Cactus & Cow Burger Bar, Greenwood Brewing, Ingo’s Tasty Food and multiple concepts from The Farm at South Mountain, along with Collins Small Batch Kitchen, The Macintosh and The Mexicano by Chef Joey.
Gong cha and Panera Bread are also slated to open at Terminal 4 in the pre-security area. Gong cha features a variety of beverages, including bubble teas, milk teas, smoothies, and specialty drinks. Phoenix Sky Harbor is its first U.S. airport location.
Travelers can also explore local shops throughout the airport, including Arizona Highways, Bunky Boutique, and Indigenous. These stores highlight regional craftsmanship, Arizona-made gifts, and unique items created by local artisans.
In addition, the concourse currently under construction in Terminal 3 will add space for new passenger gates, shops, restaurants, and amenities in 2027.
