Terminal 4’s Eighth Concourse is ready to open! Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego recently announced that the first flights out of the concourse will be on June 20.

In its current construction phase, the concourse recently achieved a significant milestone. On April 29, the project reached substantial completion for construction, which signifies the turnover of the facility from the contractor to the airport for operational readiness. Over the next few weeks, the airport will be conducting operational readiness activities necessary for the activation of the new concourse.
