Each year, the Arizona Million Dollar Circle of Excellence (AZ MDCE) Program spotlights and recognizes companies that execute at least $1 million in Arizona with minority and women-owned businesses. The Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Arizona MBDA Business Center inducted the City of Phoenix Aviation Department into the prestigious Arizona Million Dollar Circle of Excellence for the exceptional efforts in 2023.
