Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is known as America’s Friendliest Airport® and that motto guides the Aviation Department’s efforts to enhance social sustainability. Through actively engaging with and supporting our employees, business partners, passengers and neighbors, we seek to work collaboratively towards achieving our shared sustainability and resiliency goals. By raising awareness, providing education to stakeholders, supporting local schools, businesses and the surrounding Phoenix metro area all while promoting employee and visitor safety, health and wellness, we foster a more sustainable and resilient community.
