The City of Phoenix Aviation Department is seeking responses from qualified small businesses to operate and manage a Food & Beverage Micro Restaurant and a Mobile Kiosk concession with City-provided equipment at two Terminal 3 Pre-Security locations at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
