Airport Advertising Services RCS – Business Information Meetings

The City of Phoenix Aviation Department invites interested parties to attend upcoming Business Information Meetings in preparation for the upcoming Revenue Contract Solicitation (RCS) for airport advertising services.

Individual Business Information Meetings – Feb. 4 or 5
During this session, companies will meet individually with Aviation staff, hear information on the scope of the RCS, and ask questions in a private setting.

Date: Two days available to schedule meeting slots

Wednesday, February 4, 2026, between 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. (local AZ time)
Thursday, February 5, 2026, between 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. (local AZ time)
After registration, interested parties will be contacted to schedule a meeting time.

2026 Aviation Business Summit – Mar. 10

Join the City of Phoenix Aviation Department in person for the 8th Aviation Business Summit on March 10, 2026!
