Network Entertainment Broadcast System RCS - Business Information Meetings

August 5 & 7, 2026

The City of Phoenix Aviation Department invites interested parties to attend Business Information Meetings on August 5th and 7th, 2026, in preparation for the upcoming Revenue Contract Solicitation (RCS) for a Network Entertainment Broadcast System Concessions Opportunity. The selected operator will install, manage, operate, and maintain a first-class programming broadcast media in the terminal hold rooms covering topics such as information, entertainment, and domestic and international news coverage. During these sessions, attendees will hear from Aviation staff on the project scope and requirements.

Two meeting options available, both will cover the same content.

Date: Wednesday, Aug. 5 from 10 - 11 a.m. (local AZ time)
