Title VI Non-Discrimination Policy
Phoenix Sky Harbor International, Phoenix Deer Valley and Phoenix Goodyear Airports are committed to a policy of non-discrimination in the conduct of their business, including their Title VI responsibilities, and to the delivery of equitable and accessible airport services. As the owner of these airports, the City of Phoenix recognizes its responsibilities to the communities in which it operates and to the society it serves.
It is the policy of the City of Phoenix that no person shall be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination in the receipt of its services on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, creed, or religion, or any other federally protected category as protected by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended. If you believe that you have been excluded, denied benefits, or subjected to discrimination, you may file a complaint with the City of Phoenix Aviation Department’s Title VI Manager within 180 days of the date of the alleged discrimination.

Sky Harbor is committed to ensuring equal access to its services by all customers, regardless of primary language spoken. Sky Harbor has completed a Language Assistance Plan (LAP) to identify individuals seeking access to services and to address those needs and provide assistance to ensure every individual has meaningful access.
