Phoenix is a rich blend of cultures and people. Language for limited English-proficient individuals can be a barrier to accessing services or understanding information. Sky Harbor is committed to ensuring equal access to its services by all customers, regardless of primary language spoken. Sky Harbor has completed a Language Assistance Plan (LAP) to identify individuals seeking access to services and to address those needs and provide assistance to ensure every individual has meaningful access.
