Getting to Know Your New Terminal 3

Terminal 3 New Ticket Counters

We are excited to bring you a more modern and efficient terminal with the opening of the first phase of the Terminal 3 Modernization Project.

Please note: During the Terminal Modernization process, travelers can expect a longer walk through the terminal due to construction. It is easy to call for wheelchair assistance. Travelers can make a request for a wheelchair at the Information Counter or with a Navigator.

What’s New?

  • Travel tip: For those customers flying Delta, the ticket counters have moved.  They are now located behind the Frontier, JetBlue and Hawaiian Ticket Counters.

  • Travel tip:  After leaving your airline's ticket counter, you will ascend up the escalator to the security checkpoint.

  • PHX Market is now open on Level 1 serving coffee and grab and go items.

  • The terminal now features one, state-of-the-art security checkpoint to help get you to the gate faster.

  • The Security Checkpoint is on Level 2. After checking in on Level 1, travelers will take the escalator to Level 2, and after proceeding through security, ascend another set of escalators to Level 4 to access their gate. Elevators are also available between all levels.

  • Questions? Visit the Information Counter on Level 4 or ask a Navigator in a purple jacket or shirt.
