An airport employee jumped into action to help a VIP retrieve an identification document, earning kudos from city leaders.

Julia J., an airport duty manager with the Aviation Department, was asked to retrieve the document and get it into the hands of a colleague who would be able to deliver it to the owner. Julia went from Terminal 3 to Terminal 4, picked up the document and ensured it was delivered.

“Your quick thinking and response are yet another example of why millions of people love flying through our airport, and why we continue to hold the title of being America's Friendliest Airport®,” said the letter nominating Julia for recognition.
