Phoenix Sky Harbor Marks 25 Years of Navigator Volunteer Program
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is celebrating 25 years of its Navigator volunteer program. Launched in 2000, the program has become a cornerstone of the passenger experience, with friendly volunteers in purple offering directions and information.
Since the program began, more than 1,800 Navigators have contributed 1.6 million hours. To help mark this special anniversary, we invite you to thank a Navigator who made your airport visit easier and more welcoming by emailing navigator.staff@phoenix.gov or using #ThxPHXnavigator in a social media post on X, Facebook, or Instagram (all our social media channels are linked at the bottom of skyharbor.com.)
