Terminal 3 North Concourse Construction Taking Shape
Progress continues on the Terminal 3 north concourse project, with construction approximately 20% complete. Work on the main concourse base slab floor began in February. The structural steel framework that will form the connector bridge between terminal areas is on track to be completed later this year.
The new concourse will elevate the passenger experience at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport with new shops, restaurants and a mezzanine featuring a lounge.
To continue progress on this project, overnight lane restrictions will remain in place indefinitely on eastbound or westbound Sky Harbor Boulevard near Terminal 3, with roadway and terminal access maintained at all times.
