Eastbound Sky Harbor Boulevard to Close Overnight Nov. 9-18

Closures do not apply on Friday and Saturday nights

PHOENIX – Eastbound Sky Harbor Boulevard on the north side of Terminal 3 at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport will be closed nightly from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., Nov. 9-18, except on Friday and Saturday nights, for construction.

All eastbound traffic will be detoured through Terminal 3’s Inner Curb lanes, which will remain open. Drivers should expect delays and allow extra travel time.

To avoid congestion, drivers are encouraged to enter the airport from the east and also to use the 24th or 44th Street PHX Sky Train® stations to pick up or drop off passengers.

Ground transportation at Terminal 3 will move to the North Inner Curb, and Ride Share will move to the South Outer Curb. Some Ground Transportation companies may direct passengers to the PHX Sky Train® stations for pickups and drop-offs.

Access to the Terminal 3 Garage will be open from Westbound Sky Harbor Boulevard, and the garage exit to Eastbound Sky Harbor Boulevard will also remain open.

The closures support ongoing work on the Terminal 3 North 2 Concourse project, which will add six gates and approximately 173,000 square feet of space. The expansion will include new shops, restaurants, a mezzanine with a lounge, and is pursuing LEED Silver Certification.

Please note: This schedule is subject to change. For updates, visit the airport’s roadway restrictions webpage.
