Airport Speakers and Tours
Free and Fun
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is pleased to participate in community events and airport staff members are available to speak to groups about aviation and the City’s airport system. Airport tours are provided for individuals, families, and groups large and small, with tours for individuals and groups of 30 or fewer scheduled regularly each month. Airport speakers and tours are free with tour parking at your own expense.
Need a reason to tour the airport?
Maybe you haven’t visited Sky Harbor in a while and would like to see the new amenities, restaurants, stores and terminal renovations that have been in the news. If you’re a parent or a grandparent looking for a fun activity to do with the kids or you just want to learn more about how an airport operates, this is the perfect family activity.
Airport speakers typically provide an airport overview, including historical background, customer amenities, and capital improvement projects. Speakers can also discuss other aviation topics as requested. Airport tours of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport provide a better understanding of airport operations and include a ride on the PHX Sky Train® and a visit to one of the terminals.
How easy is it to request a speaker or tour?
If you would like a member of the PHX staff to be involved in your next organization event, speak to your organization, or provide an airport tour to your organization (larger groups more than 30), please fill out the Speaker/Tour Request Form or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.For individuals and smaller groups up to 30, Pre-Scheduled Airport Tours are offered on the following days:
